Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our websites (digistylelem.com, teacherapp.digistylelem.com), our client portals, and the MATATAG Lesson Plan Architect application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using our services.

2. Account Registration and Access

To access certain features of the MATATAG Lesson Plan Architect or the Client Portal, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Quota and Donation Policy

The MATATAG Lesson Plan Architect operates under a trial-and-donation structure:

• Trial users receive 5 free lesson plan generations and 5 free PowerPoint presentation slide generations.
• To extend access and unlock unlimited generation for 1 month, we request a maintenance contribution of ₱100 PHP to cover server and API hosting costs.
• All donation approvals are handled manually and require uploading a valid screenshot or reference number as proof of payment. We reserve the right to reject submissions that are fraudulent or invalid.

4. Intellectual Property & AI Usage

All generated lesson plans, slide decks, and offline presentation files are provided under a non-exclusive license. Users must declare the use of AI tools in curriculum delivery, in compliance with Department of Education regulations. Media generated via Pollinations.ai and videos embedded via YouTube search are subject to their respective creators' copyright and intellectual property rights.

5. Liability and Warranties

Our services and tools are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the lesson plans or presentation slides generated by artificial intelligence are free from errors, complete, or fully compliant with specific local school requirements. You are responsible for reviewing and modifying all generated content before educational use.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
